SHORT: The Blue Man

Peter had been coding for a long time.  It was the day before a large project was due, and Peter had not started on the project soon enough.  To that end, he locked himself in one of the computer labs at school and wrote a lot of code.  He had been stuck on one problem for the last two hours though, and he could not figure out what the problem was.  Giving up, he let out a sigh of exasperation and put his head down on the table.
Waking up, Peter tried to go back to his coding.  However, his computer didn't seem to be working.  Mystified, Peter got up and went to his professor's office right accross the hall.  Knocking on the door, Peter got no response.  Quickly loosing interest, Peter went outside to try and clear his brain.
Oddly enough, there didn't appear to be anybody outside.  Moreover, nothing appeared to be moving.  Suddenly, Peter noticed his shadow, or rather the lack thereof.
"Whoa..." said Peter.
It was rather odd, to say the least.  He could move around, but there was nothing where his shadow should be.
"This is... quite odd," said Peter to himself.  He walked over to the nearest quad.  The sight that greeted him was quite odd: there were a few people around the quad, but nobody was moving.  Some people were in the middle of walking, some were talking, and at least one was completely off the ground.
"Time's..... stopped....." said Peter, trying to think about it.
Then it dawned on him.
"SWEET!"
Looking around a little more, Peter saw some kids that he absolutely hated.  "This'll be fun," Peter smiled to himself.  The targets of Peter's pranks soon found themselves in rather obscene poses.

Peter spent the next few minutes exploring.  Finding a large group of people, he wondered out loud: "Why has time stopped?"
"That would be me," said a soft voice that came from the crowd.  A very unusual figure came out of the crowd.  He was entirely blue(at least the part that Peter could see), had shoclkingly blue hair and a blue trenchcoat on.  "Who are you?" said Peter, reflexively.
"I?  I am the timestopper," said the blue man.  "I stop the time, I control the time."
"So...  What am I doing here?"
"I brought you into the time field."
"Why?" said Peter, slowly.
The blue man didn't respond.
"You should get back to wherever you were when I stopped the time.  The stop is almost over," said the blue man, turning back into the crowd and dissapearing.
Not knowing what else to do, Peter went back to the lab.  Peter put his head back down on the desk, waiting for time to come back.

Peter woke up suddenly and looked about.
"Woah," he said.
"Woah."
